I am Deanne Lamb, Founder and CEO of DeeCodeHer Leadership, where we provide leadership development services for women in healthcare.

Our mission is to inspire women to lead by decision, not by default.

Our vision is for every woman to DISCOVER her power, EMBRACE her agency and ELEVATE her impact through authentic leadership.

Leveraging over 25 years of progressive experience in healthcare, learning, managing and leading people, my expertise lies in identifying blind spots that keep women stuck in default mode. Helping women uncover what’s holding them back and facilitating connections to find a way forward is my zone of genius.

I am a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). I hold masters’ degrees in Community Health and Public Administration, serve on the Board of Directors for Women in Health Administration (WHA) and I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
